due to brain tiredness, i can't remember what i wanted to say. so i'll just post this "tests results" that supposedly of me..you'll be the judge.

What's in my name..
Irini:
You are relatively demonstrative in your affections. You enjoy being stroked verbally and physically. You enjoy a challenge. You can take thought-directed actions. You need to learn to give and receive love for love's sake. You have a need to be assured of affection. You can handle details well. You have a methodical mind.

Ira:
You are relatively demonstrative in your affections. You enjoy being stroked verbally and physically. You have a lack of confidence in your mental abilities and do not like being forced into giving your opinion. You have much enthusiasm with a driving attitude toward achievement in life.

is this really me..?

ISFJ

ISFJs have a strong need to belong and are hard-working and devoted. They are very accurate with details and enjoy gathering and analyzing data for a useful purpose. Quiet, reserved and loyal, ISFJs are devoted to family, friends and co-workers. They are sensitive, sympathetic and good listeners who are ready to help people in practical ways. ISFJs dislike confrontation and try to accommodate for others to avoid arguments. They are uncomfortable when people around them are unhappy. Because of this, many people take advantage of the ISFJ's helpfulness.

Warm and friendly, but private, ISFJs will only share their feelings with one or two close friends. In their spare time, they enjoy activities that engage the senses, such as playing music, cooking, gardening and art. ISFJs may enjoy the company of one or two close friends, but they don't like surprises or large groups of people. They also enjoy planning and participating in holidays and events. Traditions and systems are very important to ISFJs, but they will alter their systems to accommodate other people. ISFJs also like to gently tease people, but they almost never get angry or show any emotion, because they consider it improper.

ISFJs are quiet, modest, patient people who enjoy helping others, without calling attention to themselves. They like to work behind the scenes and have good memories for detail, especially when it is related to a person. ISFJs speak softly, slowly, and deliberately. Their language is uncomplicated and full of references to past experiences. ISFJs are not physically animated or demonstrative. They follow the rules and do what is expected of them. ISFJs are often very devoted to one person, who they will do special things for. They seem self-less and have a very hard time saying 'no.' ISFJs also are slow decision makers, because they want to make sure everything is perfect. Because they are so perfectionistic, they tend to blame themselves for any failures and can become pessimistic and slightly depressed. Signs of independence in close friends are seen as betrayal to ISFJs, who then become very possessive.

and so... I'm online instead of working. Father Gabriel gave me this book, The Ladder of Divine Ascent - St. John Climacus. And if the title alone hasn't scare you, try translating it. I mean, I'm all for doing things for my church (Tre, 'Ke.. i think this is one of "my talenta" that I know I can do within the Church) but sometimes I got scared. I mean, what if I'm making mistake in translating it? You do not play around with God's words kan? Tapi nggak pa-pa lah. Yang penting gue emang pengen ngerjainnya. And I keep reminding Raoul.. I mean Father Gabriel to recheck my work. Okay..how many chapters am I supposed to be translate? Yikes..4! Better get going then.

But before that... I found a site that has the romanji version for JPop song lyrics.. although only selected songs from selected artist, it has all the lyrics to my fave group "Chemistry". I'm a happy bunny..I mean, Lady.. wait, that's my dog. I'm happy. there.
Now I can sing along to my fave song.. and if my rayuan gombal works.. Ivo would translate them for me ^_^ *fingers cross*

Linkin Park & Meteora

The guiding vision for the 18-month recording process was evoked by the album's title, Meteora. During a European tour in 2002, the band stumbled upon a travel magazine featuring destinations in Greece. On the cover, the word "Meteora " and the accompanying photo caught their eye, and subsequently fired their imaginations.

Meteora is a group of six monasteries perched atop rock pinnacles rising 1500 feet above the plains of central Greece. As Bennington puts it, "they don't seem of this planet." And it's true. (To see for yourself, rent the Bond flick For Your Eyes Only, in which Roger Moore kicks ass at one of the mountain fortresses.) The Greek word literally translates as "hovering in the air." It's a fitting term for the otherworldly region, as well as for the album Linkin Park created with the image in mind. "We wanted to write songs that lived up to the energy that name exudes," says Bennington.

"It's really epic and beautiful. It totally embodies the sense of timelessness and expansiveness we wanted the album to have," says Shinoda. "We've since met people who've visited Meteora," adds Hahn. "People go there for solitude now--to find themselves. And that's what the album is about--finding yourself. Each song is about looking within and letting out emotions."

By contrast, Meteora reflects the accelerated lives the band members have led since recording their debut. "We toured the world for two years. That alone makes you step back and take a look at the bigger picture," says Shinoda. "We've always been interested in universal feelings, and that's what we focused on with this album. But Meteora is different in the sense that we're dealing with more facets of the human condition." "It's still a very dark album, but there's definitely more optimism," says Bennington. "We're still the same people, but now there's a light at the end of the tunnel."
[ taken from:www.linkinpark.com ]

Chester: Everybody thinks we're a boy band!
Metal-is: Yeah, where does this come from? I never mistook you for a boy band
Chester: We're sooo boy bandish, aren't we?
Mike: Here's the thing: we didn't really hear about that until we left the US. In the US, I think I heard a rumour through my brother that somebody started back East, but for the most part, nobody has even heard that before. Maybe it's the fact we've never been out here before and the lack of communication between fans and ourselves made that happen, but almost every interviewer has asked something about this boy band thing, and it's freaking ridiculous, it's so silly!
Chester: I think it's because of my strikingly good looks.
Mike: I think it's because of your strikingly bad looks.

PS: for some of you who's wondering what's the meaning of the above post... allow me to enlighten you then ^_^
I love Linkin Park; the music, the songs, the lyrics, the band. They're just amazing. Very real. And As cheessy as it sounds, they got me through a period of time where i realized that my tears are worth it, and so am i. I love thses guys and their type of music. I LOVE LINKIN PARK. If you read the post, then you'll know what and where is METEORA. As an Orthodox Christian, it's been a dream of mine for like 5 years now, to go to Greece. Not because of its breath taking beaches or view, not because of the wild party and Ouzo (mix it with orange juice and some ice..it's a delicous drink *_^.. ) but because I wanna know, I wanna feel, what it's like to be in one of those ancient monastery. And to have that place inspired one of my favourite band... its just.. well, it makes me very happy.
I've listen to the new album now for like ten times already and I'm loving it. It'sbrilliant. Ok, I stop blabbing now. I hope you like em too.
^_^

At around 11 a.m. I finally walked out of the house to go to campus after my tummy finally settle down. I had to go back and forth to the loo because it just felt..not right. This means I couldn't attended the BE class, dan bodohnya lagi pas baru nyuampe di lobby, dosen nya juga lagi pas mau keluar makan siang. When she saw me we both had this surprised look on our faces and she said "Ada yang bolos dan ketahuan.." ^_^

Akhirnya gue ke kampus bantuin jagain stand buku, cuma hari ini nggak repot-repot bener so we just hang out. And when Bagus showed up, we discuss our LP t-shirt. He showed me the design and it looks cool. Can't wait to see the finish product and wear it with pride!

It began with "iseng" I just wanna know where my Mum was and if she's around interesting places later on I might joined her. I might be the phone conncetion or she just misunderstood my question but she ended up asking if I wanna go to Plaza Senayan. So of course I said yes ^_^ Then I remember my over work not get enough paid friend and sms her if she's doing anything tonight coz my Mum and I gonna be in PS. And of course like me, she said yes.

And so I left campus at 5 pm, took the JS03 to stasiun Tebet and took a cab to her office. We met, made a lot of noise in the cab (i think when we meet, we tend to speak in a louder volume.. i think its a cosmic thing.. he he he) and arrived at PS about ..hmm i'm not really sure... past 6.30 pm. Called my Mum and she said she already nearby, so we quickly run to the record store to check things as usual... find no CDs that we wanted.. (well actually there were some, but we just couldn't afford it..he he he) But we ended with some VCDs instead. Tre wanna bought one but looking for another one so she can use her credit card instead of paying cash, I told her if I can find one that I like then I'll buy one and pay to her, and boy did I... the VCD that I've been looking for months...I showed her while jumping up and down and a big silly grin on my face (no screaming this time.. di protes mulu sih..*_^) Ternyata tetap kurang, and she ended up buying two VCDs.. (inget copiin gue yah dear..)

Today is a record for Tre and me, the shortest time in PS!! My Mum wanna go home quick coz my sis in law is waiting and she hasn't pack her bags yet. And so Tre & me decided to "take away" our dinner. We went Japanese tonight...hmmm lovely sushi...yum!
In the car, we still loud in our own way and because its rush hour, we got caught in traffic. Guess what... we ended up teasing each other and annoying each other. Me teased her about ZChen (cing cang keling manuk cingkleng cineten!!! ) and she teased me about my beloved David. I'm waiting for her revenge now... ... ...

(my mum is packing in my room now.. and Lady is insisted sleeping on my lap while I'm typing this...wouldn't be much problem if she's a smaller dog and without her collar! o iya, i put her protective collar back..coz she kept scratching her eye and yesterday it went red again. She's not pleased. *sigh* There's too many people in this room, too many noise, not enough volume on the Linkin Park, too many confusion and I want my bed pleaseeeeeeeee)

me and the companies of girls i'm in

spoke to my beloved sista this morning. i called Bandung to deliver a message from my mum to her sister. here's what happened.
me: good morning. is tante sophie there please?
my sis: she's gone already.
me: oh. *a split second silence* okke?
my sis: *a split second silence* mbak ira?
me and sis: aarrgghh!!
(LOL ^_^ )

we're nuts and share family genes which in some ways contains silliness beyond control, but at least we're not having it alone coz we have each other to annoy and call names to. *_^
i miss you sis!!!

And I think I'm gonna be blamed in a few days to come when my partner in madness got sick or insane. Remember in the last post I bought a Jay Chou concert vcd? we'll we both seen it today and I'm loving it. I thought it was totally spectacular both musically and for the entertainment values. Even his audiences were amazing. My jaw & MayLee's dropped when we realized whose song he sang at one time...
MayLee: sis. listen to this song.
Me: *after a couple of minutes* isn't this...David's?
MayLee : so.. i was right.
Me: sounds kinda weird... its different. Ooh. is David here?
MayLee: dunno. don't think so. not that important.
Me: *kill her with my look*
MayLee: kinda nice.
Me: yeah. what's with him and Tao Ze ..?

(..and the discussion on Lee Hom-Tao Ze-Jay Chou continue)

My partner in madness and me kept SMS-ing each other about the concert and she said she wouldn't be able to sleep due to the sexy-ness she just witness of her man. She won't listen to common sense that there are other men who are sexy-er than Jay, but not to her. I guess this is true love..?
I'm still waiting for my 'free meal' *wink wink*

Bu Jay..walaupun kinda telat..seneng deh lo jadi suka Energy ^_^ I'm so glad that now you can see some of their MVs in full. Now you can see why i like em right?? O'ya lagu ballad mereka kan sedikit, did u find the one that u like in one of those MVs? Yang mereka di pantai kah? Itu MV ke 4 mereka waktu itu.

Mum + Me = dangerous shopping!

When I heard my Mum was going to Mangga Dua today I told her I wanna come along. The only thing I want to buy was some CDs for the computer and music cd. And what do I ended up with?
2 medium size bags for going out (coz there's no such thing as too many bags for us women *_^ ) new glasses, a cheapy cheapy but looks funky enough wrist watch in blue, a couple of t'shirt coz me and some peeps gonna make our own Linkin Park tee, and some CDs/VCDs
so far, The One looks brilliant, the concert makes you wish you were there and jump and down to the music (or in the chinese people case..put up your glow stick and go with the rythem). There was even a moment when they showed a clip of a very young and lively Jay Chuo doing the kungfu and piano.. what a guy. And then they had this little boy to play the piano while Jay sang Fen Lei. Bu Jay.. i think i can safely say that we're gonna love this vcd. ^_^ Some vcd of MV collection that i bought.. only one was satisfactory.. bu Jay, you can drool more over to Ah Di in the "Come On" & "Fang Shou" MVs. You'll get what i mean when you see it. The others was a disappointment coz its one of those video where the song and the MV was different. I was bummed out coz I was looking forward for Vanness' & Lee Hom' MVs. This is the draw back of going CDs hunting with my Mum. She never can stand me choosing my music, even when I was in HMV, she'll wait outside while I searched through the store. But at least today I finally have Linkin Park's new CD Meteora.... I'm so happy.

Note to Ano... so jealous that you're going to breath the same air as the LP guys next month!! (he he he..apa sehh gue..) aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh (are you planning to go to their concert?? I know you like 'In The End' but I don't know if you're a fan of them or not...if you are, I hope you're going.)

Not so good news when I got back from the campus today. If my Mum can postpones her Thursday ticket back to Bali, then she and a couple of my aunts and uncle (of the Adam's family) will be going to Bandung a.s.a.p. coz one of the older sister' is worsen.
I hope you'll be okay soon tante Tien... I pray that God's Angels always taking care of you and the Lord blesses you. Amien.

My house is ugly. Let me correct that, me parent's house is u.g.l.y. Why? Coz my brother decided by himself that the colour deep reddish-maroonish is perfect for a small living room/dining room. He might think that lots of lights will make it brighter. Although it is, it doesn't solved the rest of the problem, which is.. that colour makes the room looks very small and packed, hot and have i said, ugly! But! My Mum aren't saying anything because.. well, it'll be just too long to explain. I had to explain the years of my family "relationship", and honestly..even I don't wanna go there. So, shortly explain, it's better that starting another family row. All I can say is "No!" to any change in and around my room, not this time anyway. I have enough banging and drilling and paint stinking smelling to last me a year, or two or maybe a llifetime.

On the brighter moments, Lady is off her protective collar, at least she's on her "probation". The minute I see her scratching her eyes.. the big collar is back on. So far..it went okay. It's so nice to be able to hug her without the collar and kissing her nose. Yeah..yeah I kiss my dogs, but not kiss kiss, and no licking like those dogs on telly..yuck. Actually I use my nose to kiss my dogs, kinda like sniffed them... OMGosh... I got my pets' habits!!! He he he he. I don't know, it's just one of those things, come to think of it, I used to do that to my ex too, somehow the smell of his cheeks when he came out of the office is very sniffable to me. I guess its one of those things that makes me oh so special... okay, I'm weird. I'm happy being weird me ^_^

Got my first Business English class last thursday, and it actually went ok. I hope I'll still like it by the end of the semester. But Mrs. Itje' class I've always like, sure she has certain rules that sometimes threw you off a bit, but you always learn real stuff in her class, unlike some other class that i won't named. I mean this is the teacher who makes me enjoy writing. And by looking at the syllabus i think the class is gonna be the most useful in 'real world' yet... i hope And when the bored started to kick in, I can relly on Aray and Joni to keep me going to class if not Maam Itje herself kicking me from behind! he he he one of the disadvantages of kknowing your lecturer, like the last class I had with her (Writing IV) she made sure I know that she knew that my grades were far from satisfactory, coz I had Writing III with her also and at exams and practices I always came at top 3 but in Writing IV I satisfied myself with Cs. I remember one particular moment when she said to the class..
"blah blah..writing is easy. You just need a lot of practice."
we all nodded our heads when then she suddenly said again..
"Ya Ira ya..?"
I felt like Ally McBeal when those arrows hit her one after another... ouch! ^_^
But its gonna interesting to see if I can score myself an A by the end of this class, how come? by bus! he he he kidding, a little inside joke. You see, Vivi is in my class and I never had the same class with her before.. who is Vivi? The gal whose IP always 4!

This week was a Josh Groban week, why? coz he's on Ally McBeal for the second time and then on Sunday I managed to catch him duets with Charlotte Church!! These two.. they should make a duet album, they're just amazing. Simply amazing!! And bonus points for being a nice people. Josh looks so cute, he's drool worthy *_^ Hmm, I wonder if he has any Live performance vcd or not. Oh, and any of you see Robbie Williams "Swing When You're Winning" VCD or video.. please let me know, I've been wanting that for ages.

On another telly related, I was bummed when Don out of the game. This is another "reality show" but this one from UK called Fight School. 10 selected martial artist were picked and sent to China and they have to pass the life in that school and the test. I like Don, he can really kick butt! I hate the new guy..too snobby and the only reason he's in that school was coz one of the contestant had an injury and couldn't continue. I've surfed the net trying to find a link of some sort for you guys but come to big fat zero. The only thing I know is that Don is the brother of one of the girls in British band Hear's Say, i think his name is Don Klaas. Speaking of reality show.. does anyone like watching Survivor? I love 'em. My fave was Survivor' Outback and Africa. Too bad AXN doesn't show anymore of the next Survivor. Oh well, at least they still air CSI and we'll see if ALIAS is as good as they say.

OSCAR.. i hope Nicole Kidman wins and I hope Best Picture is not Chicago.
And I'm gonna sign off with.. "Visionnet..you sucks!"

What's Your Flava..?

Itu judul lagunya si yummy Craig David, dikau tau kan? of course dong.
but that's not what i wanna talk about. i wanna talk about telly, or more specifically tv series that we used to watch or still watch daily/weekly and we always remember. What brought this on? well, I watch too much telly (*bu Jay & my beloved sista nod their head*) but actually i watch Rank on E! and got me to remember the days when i would wait patiently in front of the telly for my fave sitcom to air.
There are so many that i've been watching through out the years (yeah..yeah..i'm that old..) some i still remember vividly, some vaguely. some that i watched with my family, some that i watched alone but will talk about it the next day at school with my friends, and some that i just totally enjoy it myself.

Hhmm, what was my first sitcom? *think hard..... thinking very very hard* nope. can't really recall what was my first sitcom that i watched or loved. I do remember i used to watched "Land of the Giants" and "Lost in Space" when i was a little girl...with the whole kids in my neighbourhood! Y'see, back then when were first moved to west borneo, we were the only one who owned a tv set, and so every Sunday afternoon the whole kids in my neighbourhood would come over and watched telly. the funny things were, they're 'anak kampung' who back then not really pay attention to cleanliness, so naturally they had BO (body odour) problem, so my mum told them one rule... they must take a bath before coming to our house! ^_^ I love my years in borneo.. chasing baby ducky, catching worms when the river flooded, swam in the middle of the river when there was no rain for 3 months, playing softball in the rain..the muddier the better, get caught swimming in the river instead of taking a nap like we were supposed to, etc etc...
(there i go... bicara berbelok belok lagi...)
back to the topic.. (Gomen...Gomen)

some of my favourite sitcom were in the list.. such The Cosby Show, The Jeffersons, Taxi, Happy Days (the Fonz: 'Hey..!' ^_^) M*A*S*H, The Golden Girls, Murphy Brown, and most recent.. Friends (is there anyone who hates Friends anyway?? just wondering), Frasier, Sex & the City. Not in the list but I watched religiously: The Wonder Years (cute..cute Kevin Arnold...even Oprah loved that show), Cafe American, Growing Pains (Leo D debut...he's so cute back then..), Perfect Strangers, Fresh Prince of Bel Airs (the day Will Smith really hilarious.. he's hot now ^_^), That 70's Show, Who's Line Is It Anyway (okay they may not count as sitcom..but they rocks!) Ally McBeal, Malcolm in the Middle and many more....

How about the recent ones..I'm talking about today. There's so many sitcom on telly these days that if we want to be a couch potato on sitcom alone, we can. Even StarsWorld has sitcom back to back every Monday, which i think can erase the 'i hate monday' blue. Why do they make so many sitcom? Is it because we love it so much? Then why do we love it so much? For me personally because well, I love comedy. I love to laugh... it's much much much better feeling than being angry, don't you think? Is it much better than the feeling being in love? Hmmm, not sure. You tell me..

Some sitcom maybe overrated or too dumb, but some people still like it. I'm not sure they would have the same feeling towards drama series.. or court room drama, thinking that they already have enough drama in real life or whatever, but people always go towards sitcom. Any favourite that stuck in your memory bank guys?

I always love watching sitcom, although there are some that not really my bag of chips (come on..who watch sitcom while drinking a cup of tea..chips are much better..i meant potato chips, not french fries. although that works too ^_^) Everybody loves Raymond, Seinfeld is okay i guess (sorry Seinfeld fans but they're on E! #1 rank, just not in mine). I love it when a tv series combine both drama and comedy... too bad not many of them and not many successful too.

[writer's note: he he he ngakunya ndak niat nulis dari kemaren... but.. this smell in my house is choking me!! jadi dari pada gue marah-marah nggak karuan.. nulis aja.. ^_^]

I'm in a lurking mood

much more now than yesterday. I mean the mood to write somehow escape me this past few days, but out of habit I still go online when I can. So I just lurk, see what other peeps been going or write, and leave a message or two or three when the words doesn't escape me. It's not like there's much exciting things going on at the moment, although there maybe once or twice like when I went undies shopping one lovely saturday and my buddy had to endure the torture of stuck in a traffic jam half an hour before a wedding ceremony supposed to start or when a few hours after that she had to take pictures in a long skirt and high heels.... something that i actually had experienced myself and hopefully won't happened too aften.. (How's the feet now my dear?) *_^

I went to campus on monday not because I have class but just because officially the new semester began yesterday and i knew much of the peeps gonna show up, which was true. I came after lunch though, can't be bothered to woke up at dawn because one, I slept at dawn and two most people would be in class in the morning, even though by 10 o'clock i wish i would've gone out of the house. Why? Coz the stressed finallt strike home, and it involved everyone from my mum, the maid, me and the tukang (coz my brother keeps giving them orders and then changed it at the last minutes). But that Monday morning was really hell, not only the house' condition still giving us frustration, but things went wrong one after another. First the shower water heater broke down for some reason, and the the fridge. The fridge! Now, about the fridge, when my Mum not in the house.. they're fairly empty except for the usual eggs and frozen foods and some vegs and fruits, but when my Mum is at home.. it's full with food of yesteday, today & tomorrow..you know what I mean? And so when the fridge broke down... there's nothing else to do but to cook all the food in it. Not a nice thing. Coz like everything else.. too much is never a good thing. Some sausages and bakso were "moved" all the way from Tebet to my aunts house in Pondok Kelapa. And since yesterday there's this awful smell in the bathroom and my room, we think it's from the spray thingy that they're doing now. Not to mention the dust is getting worse and everywhere! I hate this condition so much!!

Oh did I mention like a couple of hours before I arrived at the train crossing someone got hit??!! When you're going to LIA Pengadegan by angkot, you're most likely had to cross the train rail, the one to my campus is very risky coz a few metres before that the rail road kinda bend, so you can't really see if a train coming up. A friend of mine got slightly threw off a couple of years ago when he was going to cross and a train went by, he didn't get directly hit but the wind has thrown him away and he was pretty badly injured, he had to take a year off from college. And that Monday morning, in a train corss path a few metres before the one I take, a man (they said a homeless mad-man) got hit by a train and his head was still not found.

Anyway, after I got to campus things got better, for me at least. Although it was poring rain, the guys were so much fun to be with, they made me laugh so hard. I don't if its because I have two older brothers and when I grew up most of my relatives who were the same age with me were mainly guys, that I can get along easily with the boys. Yes its much different having male friends and females friends, of course each one has their own advantages and disadvantages. And although my bestest friends are mostly girls (What's up Ladies?? ^_^) I think most of friends are male friends and I prefer hang out with them more than with the girls.. except when we go shopping or gossiping of course... he he he he he ^_^
(aahh, knapa sih gue kalo ngomong slalu belok belok mulu....)
When the rain stopped, me Pritha and MayLee went to Carrefour coz I want to find a CD Cabinet or something.. I think I have more tapes and CDs and VCDs more than I have the place to store them... kapan yah gue bisa pindah ke kamar depan..? We met a couple of other friends there and Bung Iwan, the comedic literary lecturer. After I've got what I'm looking for and bought some food that eatable to me, and a couple of Quickly.. we went home...to find dust flying everywhere and its chocking! For the first time my Mum stayed behind in my room to finish her Quickly's Coffee Slush and chatted with us. The girls went home after watching Fear Factor... I think that was the first time that I watched loudly.. coz we hated the big mouth muscley guy, so we cheered so loud when he got beat by one second!! HMBwahahahahaha

Bu Jay... once again much thanx for the CDs thingy... kalo besok bisa keluar rumah, gue ke kantor lo deh ngambil film ama ngasih majalah.. gomene for the mistake *sheepish grin* or if not thursday the latest, coz tomorrow jam 12 gue udah harus puasa penuh karena jam 6 sorenya ada Liturgy.
Btw, the Gonsemaden Saiyuki anime yang gue beli is great, although the copy was slightly poor. Kalo ketemu sama yang judulnya Rave kabarin gue juga yah.. i like this one also, new anime on cable. The two CDs that I bought of Mika Nakasima's True and Tetsu69's Suite November (yup, 'suite' not 'sweet') are great! I'm so happy with both CD. Mika was the usual pop ballad diva, but she has great voice. And Tetsu (mantan Larc en Ciel..ndak tau nulisnya) was very J-Rock.. i like em both. Just tell me when you're ready to you know what *_^

O'ya Minggu kemaren we celebrated Sunday of Orhtodoxy, where after Liturgy we had another small service and the bapak-bapak carried the available Icons in the church and we walked circling the church. My poor friend who moved to Surabaya because of a job forgot that the Lent has began. I feel ashamed when I said it's only been a week (of fasting) and I missed burgers already which he replied.. I've been missing going to church for 2 months! Forgive me Father...

Sunday of Orthodoxy
The historical significance of the Sunday of Orthodoxy dates to 787 A.D. when the Fathers of the Seventh Ecumenical Council of Nicaea decreed the restoration of the icons as a means for the spiritual growth and formation of the Christian ethos and character in the likeness and image of God and His Saints. In 843 A.D. when the veneration of icons was solemnly proclaimed at Saint Sophia Cathedral in Constantinople, clergy and monks came in procession and restored icons to their rightful places within the church. The Sunday of Orthodoxy is traditionally celebrated in Orthodox Churches worldwide on the first Sunday of Great Lent. Following the Divine Liturgy, the clergy lead the faithful in a service of procession with icons and a recitation of the declaration of faith.

lagi males nulis tapi got nothing else to do,so i give you this instead which i got in my mails from someone. mudah-mudahan bisa menghibur para pembaca sekalian. ^_^

WHY DID THE CHICKEN CROSS THE ROAD?

ERNEST HEMINGWAY
To die. In the rain. Alone.

MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR.
I envision a world where all chickens will be free to cross roads without having their motives called into question.

GRANDPA
In my day, we didn't ask why the chicken crossed the road. Someone told us that the chicken crossed the road, and that was good enough for us.

JOHN LENNON
Imagine all the chickens crossing roads in peace.

CAPTAIN KIRK
To boldly go where no chicken has gone before.

FOX MULDER
You saw it cross the road with your own eyes! How many more chickens have to cross before you believe it?

SIGMUND FREUD
The fact that you are at all concerned that the chicken crossed the road reveals your underlying sexual insecurity.

BILL GATES
I have just released eChicken 2003, which will not only cross roads, but will lay eggs, file your important documents, and balance your checkbook - and Internet Explorer is an inextricable part of the chicken.

ALBERT EINSTEIN
Did the chicken really cross the road or did the road move beneath the chicken?

BILL CLINTON
I did not cross the road with THAT chicken. What do you mean by chicken? Could you define chicken, please?

THE BIBLE
And God came down from the heavens, and He said unto the chicken, "Thou shalt cross the road." And the chicken crossed the road, and there was much rejoicing.

COLONEL SANDERS
I missed one?

Akhirnya selesai juga nonton My Sassy Girl.
Tapi it has a 'twisted' end which was so sweet and i guess its believeable. My opinion..if you're bored and wanna watch something else than the ordinary.. watch this movie, but i do recommend that you hold any desire to eat when you watch the beginning of the film.

Trus si MayLee hari ini bawain film horror Jepang, kali ini seputar anak sekolahan..jadi mungkin why it's less scary. Berhubung dia udah nonton dirumah, akhirnya dia ngetik untuk blognya sementara yang nonton serius cuma gue ama Pritha. Pretty nice horror flick, hate that girl Asaji. For once, the scarry girl wins. Yang lucunya dicerita itu ada character kakak beradik cowok dan mereka in a band, Maya penasaran, "kayaknya mereka betulan deh,dan nama bandnya "Doggy Bag" lagi" kata dia, cek para cek, you're right sis. Now we can start hunting for their CD.. ha ha ha ha. Balik ke itu film horror, its a simple enough story and light kok seremnya (i believe elo bisa deh Tre nontonnya *_^) yang bikin gue BT se BT BTnya.. di cerita ke dua, end nya ternyata ngegantung... one of the reason why i quit watching horror flick all those years ago... coz they tend to have not an ending end.. itu lho.. akhir ceritanya ngegantung! dan gue benci banget. selama nonton gue nggak teriak, much to Pritha & MayLee relieve i guess (read MayLee's blog) and karena nggak begitu serem yang ada kita malah drooling over the brothers... he he he he btw, itu film judulnya apa yah???

Bu Jay,I got this site if you're interested to expand your collection *wink wink*

hi ya,
hope today is a beautiful day to you.
its 1.30 am and i can't sleep. tried not to take day time nap in hope i'll be sleeping at night, doesn't work. maybe not yet.
i hope so.. coz i'm getting weird.
after posting tonight a pic reminds me of someone who meant a great deal to me.
still is, but the person MIA
we spent quite a memorable and soul searching time together
i wish it would turn out differently today
that we still neighbours, or at least call each other
but we're not. sad. i know.
but that's just the way it is.
goodnight TJ, where ever you are
hope you're well and happy
God's angel will takes care of you.
love you.

Maybe one thing
Maybe something
Maybe nothing
All I know is friend
It's nothing new

Maybe it's me
What is to be?
Maybe lucky
All I ask is where
We're s'posed to be

I give a lot
I take a lot
It's nothing new to me

Maybe you've grown
Am I so wrong
How long's too long
All I want is us to be happy

Maybe moving
Always proving
Am I losing
All that's meant to be?
That's meant to be?

Ya hear a lot
Ya told a lot
It's nothing new to me

Maybe laughing
Something lacking
Always sometimes
All I hear is how, it's meant to be

Maybe learning
Always searching
Am I asking
Things I'll know too soon?
I'll know too soon

We talk a lot
Don't do a lot
It's nothing new to me

I give a lot
I take a lot
It's nothing new to me

gue BT,udah ngetik panjang-panjang..ilang!

BT lagi waktu find out my favourite TV show, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, nggak menang di SAG Award for "Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series" Better luck next time guys.. to me..you da best!
ya wesssss

Pokoke kemaren i had a nice day not only coz i'm out of the house but well.. its just nice.
sampe kampus si Indy langsung nyamperin gue.. "Kak Ira! Kirain nggak dateng... udah selesai nih." Dan muka gue langsung happy gitu..why? coz it means she's done translating the David Tao's Black Tangerine!! HUH? you asked. Gini lho... Black Tangerine is in Mandarin kan.. nah pengetahuan bahasa Mandarin gue itu apa lah, a phrase here and there. Then one day I found out that a classmate of mine teaches Mandarin. At first me and bu Jay asked him if he wanted to teach us but he said he's too tired..ya wes, gue tanya lagi, mau nggak terjemahin teks lagu? Tadinya sih ke "pinyin" doang... itu lho, dari tulisan kanjinya cina ke chinese juga tapi tulisan roman. eh dia mau, gue coba 4 teks lagu.. and to my surprise it's not expensive.
Lama kelamaan gue tetap penasaran juga, soalnya udah cinta banget ama itu CD, pas sebelum liburan kmaren gue tanya mau nggak terjemahin the whole album into bahasa indonesia, dia pun tanya ceweknya, si Indy itu, dia mau. End of story.
ternyata some songs are just so sad.... and even though David uses everyday English and not too metaphoric (bener ndak sih istilahnya he he he gue ngasal..) the meaning is deep. aahh
bagusnya lagi ternyata diterjemahin into English and not bahasa.. perfecto!

Setelah hampir lumutan nunggu si Maya dateng... (janji jam 10.30 baru nongol jam 13.00 how's that for fashionably late!) trus nunggu dia lagi absen di CEP sebentar, trus nunggu si CeQ (alias Rama) pamitan ama nyokapnya... brangkatlah kita ke Ambassador...
jalan-jalan sampe pada ngeluh capek, kayaknya sih karena belom makan... dan MayLee had the grace to tell him about gue jago jalan kalo di Mall. Aiiyoo sis! its not my fault lah. and its not a bad thing either. Its just that I'm used to walk. I had to when I lived in London, or I won't be able to go far. Bayangin aja waktu itu gue harus jalan 15 menit untuk nyampe ke tube stationnya (underground train) and then another 15 minutes of walking from the tube station to campus. Makanya gue suka nggak ngerti kalo pada males jalan dari pasaraya blokm ke blok m plaza... masak iya pake bajaj... [wink wink to certain peeps ^_^]

anyway jadi ngelantur... makan siang (menjurus makan sore) di Hoka Hoka.. dan gue cuma bisa makan es kacang merah dan juice lemon.. abis bingung.. makanan apa yang consist of all vegetables and no oil?? jadi ngiler pas baca dikomen Tre (kalo ndak salah) that a certain someone makan Super Supreme Pizza... see you in 36 days yah food.. ^_^
eh..ngelantur lagi... trus kita ke Carrefour, nyari nyari film and MP3. Pas ready to go home gue kaget setengah mati ternyata udah jam 5... feel guilty! leaving my Mum to watch over the kids Eh pas pulang, ternyata CeQ ikutan ke rumah gue..ya no probs.. tapi mungkin abis itu dia nyesel.. soalnya kita kerjain abis-abisan.. like most guys i know, he's not into F4 (to put it mildly) dan kenapa juga berita tersebut disebarluaskan ke kita-kita, udah tau orang iseng semua. Jadi pas dia asik utak atik di PC gue, kita puter segala hal yang berbau Mandarin. (Okke langsung teringat nightmarenya he he he) Although he likes Energy' Fang Shou so much and doesn't mind David... we torment him with.. Meteor Rain karaoke!!! it's just too funny, seeing his tortured expression LOL. Dan lucunya lagi dia punya komen yang sama ama my beloved sista... "Ini masih di Jakarta kan??" ha ha ha ha ha
I like that guy...mudah-mudahan dia mau sering maen ke rumah gue, skalian belajar bahasa Jepang.. he he dia 'anak' Jepang.
And I got so much goodies for myself... good MP3 selection, Andrea Bocelli's Sentimento CD, some movies, bought something for Aray but most of all... nice company!! Mrs. Tresia J.Chou Gomene gue nggak naik ke your office... kalo iya, kayaknya most likely satpam-satpam itu bkalan nolak deh..he he he Seperti yang gue bilang ke CeQ waktu dia nggak PD jalan ama 3 cewek, "Dun worry lah Cek, walaupun tiga cewek tapi saat ini nggak ada satupun yang keliatan feminin!" eh si Priwitan malah nyambung dengan "Iya Cek,liat aja dia [nunjuk ke gue] penampilan udah kayak preman gitu!" Wahhh boong padahal, gue nggak kayak preman. sebel deh ih. Gue kan kayak rapper. [lho...] anyway.. Arigato gosaimasu for everything..luv ya..mmmhua ^_^

Khronia pola! Sheng-ji Kuai-le! Tanjoubi omedetto gazaimasu! Happy Birthday! Tahniah!
Selamat Ulang Tahun Father Gabriel Raoul! God Bless You and all the things that you do..

My so called days...

lately has been pretty boring and if you've been reading then you know why, though I doubt you'll stop reading coz I'm just that fascinating [you: insert sarcatic nod] Thank God for company. MayLee and Priwitan came by complete with sushi and melon juice! Ternyata itu traktiran MayLee buat gue he he he. Jeleknya, abis ngasih gitu trus dia langsung nanya "Kadonya mana??" Hmm gini nih jeleknya kalo temen udah terlalu akrab, nggak ada basa-basinya. he he he kidding sis Trus setelah gue pikir-pikir dari kemarennya, gue keluarin CD David Tao Black Tangerine dari kotak CD+ trus gue kasih aja, eh itu orang malah bengong!

"Are you sure sis?"
"Sure I'm sure."
"Then what about you?"
"I have mine. You can have this one."
Dengan muka takjubnya doi pun langsung seneng kayak a little kid in a candy store. I have 2 of that CD you see, one I bought the first time then after I fell madly in love with the CD, a couple of months later a 'special edition' came out, CD + VCD. Karena gue gila, gue pun beli lagi. ^_^ But I know she loves David's music as much as I, so I have no regrets. Aduh, gemes nih nyari CD nya David yang pertama,di Kelapa Gading pun ndak ada. Bu Jay, do you think we can order from My Idol Shop? Hmm tapi kalo CD lama bisa nggak ya..? btw, sis and bu Jay, I've done my bit, I've scolded her and I passed it on your own 'scolding memo' to miss MayLee herself about her lack of blogging. We'll see if that works, if not..take out your wand! *_^

On a happier note, akhirnya I got out from Slyterin Common Room!!! setelah dapat cheat/run down nya dari internet, petunjuknya masa cuma "there's no other way,you just have to run and find your way out"... so much clue after hours searching for the damn thing ain't it? but the guy did said run and so run I did. Sembunyi dulu bentar, take a deep breath and ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun!!!
Tau nggak, rasanya kayak elo lagi lari trus dicaki maki ama your school mates.
"A Gryffindor in our common room?"
"Is that Harry?"
"This isn't right!"
dan yang paling gue takutin, someone yelleing "Professor Snape!"
but I did get htrough, Yay me! ^_^
Spongify Challenge was damn hard, first challenge that left me with 0 time left twice! meaning I got no house points and that bloody blond kid Draco got it. And now, I think I'm stuck with Aragog. syeeesh.

Aaah, I'll have a break tomorrow. I'm going out..of the house ^_^ Cuma ke kampus sih, trus ke kantornya bu Jay, exchanging some CDs & VCDs. Hopefully I can be there for us to have our lunch together dear, but I can't promise you. I'll SMS you yah... he he he iya gue udah isi pulsa lagi. Hmmm, gue bakalan dapet new film to watch nggak yah dari ibu ini..?? *_^ he he he. Whoaaa, temper alert. Might have a temper flare up one of these days. Why? Coz kamar nyokap mulai dapet "giliran" dibongkar meaning kalo kemaren kemaren beliau mulai kesel kesel apalagi nanti, belom lagi skarang kepaksa tidur dikamar Timo.. whuiih.. double alert! I might need my earphone most of the day nih.... God please grant me more a double doze of patience please... I don't wanna lose my temper too..pleaseeee

MayLee,gue udah liat iklan rokoknya Padi, lumayan. I thought they're gonna make a new song for it, ternyata old jinggle dinyanyiin ulang ama mereka doang. Can't wait for them to come up with new album, which reminded me..gotta go buy Gigi.
Sis, gue mao rekamin elo some Korean songs [don't u dare say no!] lah,kok gue yang maksa yah..? would you prefer it in CD or Cassette?

Almost forgot Pic paling atas itu hasil kiriman temanku yang baik hati ini dengan syarat katanya harus dipost diblog. Teman teman itu mas Ken yang guanteng itu lo.... LOL

2 a.m
kalo jam 12 itu midnight, that's when horror movies usually goes horrid.
1 a.m. hmm it means its already an hour pass midnight and you can put the am thingy behind the number 1
3 a.m. is a song by Matchbox 20.
nah, kalo 2 am gimana?
kayaknya its not my time of day deh.
remember a couple of posts ago when an iccident happened with my dog Lady at 2 a.m. ? well, it happened again folks. this time it's like the mother of all scream worthy thing that could happened to you at 2 in the morning.
there i was, feeling so relax. the room is dark after a few days of constant vigil, and i'm just so ready to enjoy my sleep. as i slowly drifted to dream land my dog suddenly panicking and woke me up. i scolded a bit and told her to go to sleep but she came back to me and ....
guess what happen?
nah, you'd never have guess what she'd done then.
ready... prepare yourself, it's gross.
Lady mencret ditempat tidur gue!!!
I'll spare you the details of how i then had to get up, washed her, changed the sheets blah blah blah. anyway, by the time it's all finished, at's already gone 3 a.m. and i never got my peaceful sleep again.

Energy
first time i saw their MV was the 'Come On' MV and I din't think much of them coz in that MV they look like just any other boy band around, but when "Fang Shou" came out.. first time I can think of was 'Wow!' that MV was something. Sure it got you to think 'another Matrix/Crouching Tiger influence', but then again what's not after those films came out? I love their clothes, it fits so perfectly with the set and their look, and of course the song. I just love the whole deal. To this day, that MV is still one of my fave Energy' MV.
bu Jay, I'm so glad you got to see some of their MVs now, although only parts, now you understand my craziness over them last year right? *_^ I think I will always associates Bali and Energy Come On CD. I bought it my last weekend in Jakarta. Me, my bro and bu Jay went to GMP and when I saw the CD on the window display.. I lost it. he he he I think it's the second time that I got over excited and surprise my patience friend with my girly screaming. Gomene my dear *_^ btw,do you remember the first time? I give you a clue. Toko kaset di BP Lt.6

thoughts from other posts
read from Ano's blog which was written by another guy. ternyata bukan cewek aja yah yang dikasi 'pressure' kayak itu. i'm talking about marriage. I mean is it just because we're at the legal marriage age then we're supposed to? there are a lot of stuff to consider when couple came into a marriage, and too much divorces these days just underline my sentiment even more. A friend of mine said that I've already got a set of mind and he consider me lucky. He asked about my outlook on life in general and my thought regarding marriage and the fact that to this day not only I'm not married (yet), I also have no boyfriend and yet not in panic to find one. Am I lucky? The way I see it, I'm just being realistic. Just because I'm over 25 (*_^) and boyfriendless it doesn't mean I shouldn't be happy with my life right now. Too many women got so worked up over this "why am i not married yet when all my other friends have?" that they ruined the other parts of their life that can bring happiness. There's just so many aspect in life now than just marriage. This is not the Victorian times. I'm not saying that I don't want a boyfriend, or I don't want to get married someday. I'm your average everyday 100 % woman, of course I want to. I just don't like circumstances get the best of me. I put my trust and hope and pray in my Lord's hand, I do believe He knows whats best for me.
And like Kristin Davis said, "I don't need a man to make me happy, but it'll be nice to fall in Love."

from Okke's blog, gue juga diingetin kalo lately i've been doing less and less of my duty as an Orthodox Christian and more and more lazy. i don't know who said it first but it always the thing that i remember everytime i don't feel like going to church on Sundays, "God has given you all six days for you to do whatever, and now He only ask for a few hours of your time and you're still not doing it?" and bu Jay emailed us today about her reply of the same post, that's was beautiful bu Jay. Right on the dot.
My Mum has reminded us again and again that it was us who choose to be Orthodox Christians and we knew it's gonna be hard, but we that's our responsibility. I guess I really should re-think of how I do in my daily life these days and set it straight. But if there's one thing I'm sure of in this life, its my faith to God and a simple honest prayer can be very powerful indeed.

another one from Okke's, about talenta. She told me mine is singing. Sure, I admit I can carry a tune or two. Have you listen to Tre though? I know I shouldn't compare, sometimes I just can't help it. To this day I still wonder, I can do a lot of little things here and there, is there any specific thing though that's really mine? Just silly wonders, not complaining...

Great Lent
begin today. And in Orthodox Church we have a tradition to begin with asking forgiveness. Today at church, after Liturgy we had a 30 minutes break while Romo changed all the curtains in the Ruang Maha Kudus (Altar) to purple, then we had a short Evening Prayer and began using the Prayer of St. Efraim. And then asked for forgivess from each other began with Romo
And I'd like to take this chance to offer to you my frined my humble apology for any thing, any attitude, any words that I might have said to you that you might not find it acceptable. Please forgive me.

"This 40-day period of Lent is a period of "abstinence" from foods, but primarily from personal iniquities. Abstinence from foods (fasting) alone is a means of attaining virtue; it is not an end in itself. During the period of fasting one makes a special attempt to evaluate his calling as a Christian; to listen to the voice of the Gospel and heed its commandments; to accept the constant invitation to enter Christ's Kingdom."

I have no idea what's wrong with me now, at first it was just a fever which i guessed i kinda deserved it after a week of sleeping at dawn. but then i also threw up which kinda odd but i still associate it with the flu. two days later, the fever has gone but the feeling in my stomache which made me wanna throw up hasn't gone yet, i thre up again this afternoon, mainly water, and a bad headache. For once i know its not my 'maag'. So tonight i finally told my mum and she of course wants me to check it with a doctor. I hate going to the doctor. Mum worry that it might be 'liver' (or lever or whatever) and MayLee scares me with 'demam berdarah'. Aiiyoo. bu Jay, dikau bukannya pernah kena lever? tanda-tandanya gimana sih? jadi ngeri gue, mana nggak sampe 2 minggu lagi gue udah masuk.

anyway, sebelum gue 'tumbang', paginya gue kekampus, dan got my result, thank goodness IP gue masih 3 walaupun gagal 2 subject. (psst, it's a secret between you and me, k?) meaning skripsi gue baru mulai semester depan, bego emang. sebel gue. dan semester ini cuma ngambil 2 subject karena emang itu sisanya. sedangkan syntax baru bisa diulang semester depan.

abis dari kampus, gue, Chacha (sis, she said hi and salam for you too bu Jay.) Riana dan Rianda went to Ambassador. I'm so happy that I got both Chemistry new album and Energy in one mp3. I also got the Imadoki (japanese comic) no.5 which later on got into a bit accident. Lady puke on it!! okay it's only a bit but it's a new book. What makes it even funnier... as i also threw up later on, i got abit on my Mando Cds!! Yikes! Nothing so gross though..believe me, we threw up mostly water. he he he he he Gomene.. do i gross you out yet *_^

bu Jay..congrats on the pics..wah,no wonder you're so eager wanna post... i still haven't sign you in yahoo, gomene, but you can still use my account in the mean time, kay? ^_^
wah..mas david got mention! leehom juga. hey, didn't you buy leehom's pic waybackwhen? you're so proud of him back them if i'm not mistaken, what happened to the pic i wonder? he he he hmm, and to think i was the one who was so jumping up and down when we got our first Jay's cd, and now..look at us ^_^ btw. CD the Gospeller nys sesuai dengan judul albumnya, semua lagu dinyanyiin a capella semua! gue jadi mikir, kalo aja The Gospeller kerjasama ama Chemistry kayak apa yah? hmm kebanyakan kali yah.. he he he Too bad i still can't find the a capella version of Chemistry' Motherland.. really blows my mind.

Khronia pola! Felice compleanno! Herzlichen Gluckwunsch zum Geburtstag! Bon Anniversaire! Hartelijk gefeliciteerd met Uw verjaardag! Happy Birthday! Sheng-ji Kuai-le! Selamat Ulang Tahun! Maya my dear, with many best wishes and a haapy days to come. God bless you.
ps. so sorry its kinda late *_^

people, i know its a national holiday today but why is all drug store/chemist close?
what? you think people don't get sick and need medicine just because its a holiday? sheesh.

btw, this cheer me up a bit.
was surfing to find mtv artist of the month but got mas David instead. ^_^

The Art of TAO
Long before Jay Chou came to dominate the Mandarin music scene with his unique mumbling vocal style, David Tao has already been there and done that. Both his previous albums -- the self-titled debut and It's Ok -- not only won him critical acclaim, it also ignited a huge interest in Mandarin R&B, which eventually paved the way for new blood like Jay Chou. After a three-year hiatus, David finally makes a comeback with Black Tangerine, an album that strongly confirms David's longevity in the music scene.

" How do we give it a new life? How do we make young people who aren't that familiar with that song to appreciate it, dig our own past and find those gems?"

" I think a country or a race without humanity, without love, without arts, without self-expression is a country and race of violence. That's something I want to address."

"All my talents, or whatever you want to call them, they are all God given. I work hard. I think it's a mission. I'm here to do something and it's not for myself."

this is why i have to stay in the room. why someone has to watch over her. i went to the loo for 5 minutes to brush my teeth and what did i get when i enter the room?
the silly dog managed to took off his colar and scratch her eye!!! now she's panicking, I'm panicking and no one to yell at.
i mean do i have to wake someone up at 2 a.m. just so i can go pee??
guess i should have.
don't know if its anything serious yet, it bleed a bit (the upper eyelid) but the stiches remain intact.

Sunday, March 2, 2003Y

I'm catching up with my sleep, and yet it still feel never enough. Everytime I woke up from a few hours sleep, I woke up with even greater sleepiness. And after a week of sleeping at dawn.. doesn't help.

Yesterday Lady went to the vet again for the 3rd time in a week, coz I kept complaining about the redness of her eye and the constant liquid of blood of some sort that still coming out. The vets were pleased with her result though, ans said the condition of her eye at the moment is the way its supposed to do, well..that's all I need to know. They did gave us a rather shocking news though, they didn't tell us then but they were actually afraid that Lady's eye might not be helped and they had to operate them, meaning the right eye had to be taken out!! Remember i told you that her eye swallowed so much so that her right eyes coudn't be closed for i thnk its about 5 days! it did something to her 'glukoma' or she she got 'glukoma'.. i'm not sure) Good thing it turned out well now isn't it? and its always good to klnow that I didn't freaked out for no reason *_^ but the surprise doesn't stop there.. the vets also told us that it'll take another forthnight for her eye to be truly heal. OMGosh.. another two weeks of being cooped up in my room??? can i scream now..??? aaaarrrgghhhhhhhhh sigh oh well, this is what i pray for isn't it? for her to get well. For an eight years old dog (or 56 years old human) i think she did very well ^_^ Now, my main problem is how to keep Lady amused for another two weeks in bed! She's getting difficult now coz her body is practically okay now.

I saw Steve Irwin cried! If you know who he is you'd thought he wouldn't cry for, well, maybe for some of you, a small thing. This is the man who deal with dangerous animals everyday in his life, not only because he's in charge of Australia Zoo, but because he's loving it. He run after and catch poisonous snakes, crocodiles, komodo and makes it look easy. But today in "Croc's Diaries" he cried when he saw the condition of his long time pet dog recovering from a life and death operation. This is the second time I see the man that I admire so much cried because of their dog, the first was a senior vet in one of the animal hospital in US, and today, Steve. I love em' even more.

(MayLee) I saw 'the making of' LP' Somewhere I Belong!! Love those guys, i like them as a band and individuals, i think they complement each other. Shinoda's got the coolest looking guitar which he painted himself, its black and white. He was so proud for the fact that he managed to do it himself and teased Rob because his was done by a pro. Then Rob finally replied, "well, some of us doesn't have that much time to spare around." ha ha ha ha ha! Gotcha Mike! I can not wait for that album! Love the single already..i like the outro part of the song, y'know the bit before the song ended.. i'm not a musician so i don't know how to discribe it or is there a term for it, i just know that it sounds good to my ear and i like it ^_^
And guess what, you think Mr. Hahn is scary? wait until you're in front of the camera and he's the director, his serious looking face gave me the shivers. And I found out that he also direct another MV for XZibit!! very different from any LP MV, so that was cool. I think his parents can be glad that their son put his education to use ^_^

Bu Jay, dun worry lah. You and me actually share the same interest in that part too. I love 'Ace Hardware', discovering new stuff, looking at the interesting stuff etc. Just wish they weren't so expensive sometimes. And the reason I like going to "boys store", although i have no clue about machine or cars or whathaveyou, is ..my dad. I remember that i felt sorry for him coz none of his two boys would go out with him and buy stuff that he needed to fix something in the house, so i started to follow him just for the sake of keeping him company. he he he I even remember that I played chess once as his partner, and i because i don't understand the game i just move whatever my dad moved...he he he he.. not very exciting is it. One majot thing that i realised now that i took after my dad, beside taking pics, is that we like to stock up on things. My Dad would buy some batteries or light bulb or soaps, you know everyday things, before they run out. I'm like that. I like to be sure that I have enough tissues, or batteries or just about anything that i use before they run out. I like to be prepared. That's why sometimes my friend call my bag is like the Doraemon's bag, coz when they need something, I usually have them. Makes it kinda hard for me to have small bag..he he he

And I'll see if I can arrange something with my Mom about our girl's night out sometime this week, it's either this week or next months! Why? Coz i didn't realize that it's March already and next week the Great Lent begins!! Y'know.. the 40 days of fasting. And because it's for Pascha, its strict and this year i hope i can do it in full, and going out to the malls with all those temptations is not something i look forward to. No ice cream or chocolate, no delicious fried chicken,no cheese burgers, no cookies.. i know its shallow of me to think only of food, but sometimes when you're hungry, its the only thing that cross your mind! Plus, why is it that on regular days all the delicious food is no interest for you, but once the fasting begin..you want them in an instant. Whuaah. I think I'll just stock up on my soya milk.. at least there's something i like and i can still have..he he he he. Hmmm the fasting begin the same time as the new semester... interesting.

BTW, does anyone know how to get Harry out of the Slytherin' common room?? I'm stuck in there, again!! (i'm playing the PC version of HP & the chamber of secret) guess I have to surf some HP site that has the rundown of the game... bummer.

i'm in a very dangerous state right now, why you ask?
(oh you didn't. that's not polite. hey, this is my blog. i tell you even if you don't want to listen.) okay..this boredom really gets me..i'm going insane!

when i'm bored or angry i have one dangerous habit... shopping! it's dangerous when you buy things you don't really need or use in near future, and you don't have the money to spend that much in the first place.

and now i'm so very very bored.
and sleepy.
but i wanna go out.
and yet i'm so sleepy.
i wonder if i can go out today.
but i can barely open my eyes.
but...
plak plak
hey! no need for violent. i only said that i'm sleepy and going insane.. not stupid.
plak plak (hit that person back)
maybe i'm just being idiotic.

feel free to ignore this post. i'm gonna get me some stronger coffee. >_<
