I'm in a lurking mood

much more now than yesterday. I mean the mood to write somehow escape me this past few days, but out of habit I still go online when I can. So I just lurk, see what other peeps been going or write, and leave a message or two or three when the words doesn't escape me. It's not like there's much exciting things going on at the moment, although there maybe once or twice like when I went
undies shopping one lovely saturday and
my buddy had to endure the torture of stuck in a traffic jam half an hour before a wedding ceremony supposed to start or when a few hours after that she had to take pictures in a long skirt and high heels.... something that i actually had experienced myself and hopefully won't happened too aften..
(How's the feet now my dear?) *_^
I went to campus on monday not because I have class but just because officially the new semester began yesterday and i knew much of the peeps gonna show up, which was true. I came after lunch though, can't be bothered to woke up at dawn because one, I slept at dawn and two most people would be in class in the morning, even though by 10 o'clock i wish i would've gone out of the house. Why? Coz the stressed finallt strike home, and it involved everyone from my mum, the maid, me and the tukang (coz my brother keeps giving them orders and then changed it at the last minutes). But that Monday morning was really hell, not only the house' condition still giving us frustration, but things went wrong one after another. First the shower water heater broke down for some reason, and the the fridge. The fridge! Now, about the fridge, when my Mum not in the house.. they're fairly empty except for the usual eggs and frozen foods and some vegs and fruits, but when my Mum is at home.. it's full with food of yesteday, today & tomorrow..you know what I mean? And so when the fridge broke down... there's nothing else to do but to cook all the food in it. Not a nice thing. Coz like everything else.. too much is never a good thing. Some sausages and bakso were "moved" all the way from Tebet to my aunts house in Pondok Kelapa. And since yesterday there's this awful smell in the bathroom and my room, we think it's from the spray thingy that they're doing now. Not to mention the dust is getting worse and everywhere! I hate this condition so much!!
Oh did I mention like a couple of hours before I arrived at the train crossing someone got hit??!! When you're going to
LIA Pengadegan by angkot, you're most likely had to cross the train rail, the one to my campus is very risky coz a few metres before that the rail road kinda bend, so you can't really see if a train coming up. A friend of mine got slightly threw off a couple of years ago when he was going to cross and a train went by, he didn't get directly hit but the wind has thrown him away and he was pretty badly injured, he had to take a year off from college. And that Monday morning, in a train corss path a few metres before the one I take, a man (they said a homeless mad-man) got hit by a train and his head was still not found.

Anyway, after I got to campus things got better, for me at least. Although it was poring rain, the guys were so much fun to be with, they made me laugh so hard. I don't if its because I have two older brothers and when I grew up most of my relatives who were the same age with me were mainly guys, that I can get along easily with the boys. Yes its much different having male friends and females friends, of course each one has their own advantages and disadvantages. And although my bestest friends are mostly girls
(What's up Ladies?? ^_^) I think most of friends are male friends and I prefer hang out with them more than with the girls.. except when we go shopping or gossiping of course... he he he he he ^_^
(aahh, knapa sih gue kalo ngomong slalu belok belok mulu....)
When the rain stopped, me Pritha and
MayLee went to Carrefour coz I want to find a CD Cabinet or something.. I think I have more tapes and CDs and VCDs more than I have the place to store them... kapan yah gue bisa pindah ke kamar depan..? We met a couple of other friends there and Bung Iwan, the comedic literary lecturer. After I've got what I'm looking for and bought some food that eatable to me, and a couple of Quickly.. we went home...to find dust flying everywhere and its chocking! For the first time my Mum stayed behind in my room to finish her Quickly's Coffee Slush and chatted with us. The girls went home after watching Fear Factor... I think that was the first time that I watched loudly.. coz we hated the big mouth muscley guy, so we cheered so loud when he got beat by one second!! HMBwahahahahaha
Bu Jay... once again much thanx for the CDs thingy... kalo besok bisa keluar rumah, gue ke kantor lo deh ngambil film ama ngasih majalah.. gomene for the mistake *sheepish grin* or if not thursday the latest, coz tomorrow jam 12 gue udah harus puasa penuh karena jam 6 sorenya ada Liturgy.
Btw, the
Gonsemaden Saiyuki anime yang gue beli is great, although the copy was slightly poor. Kalo ketemu sama yang judulnya
Rave kabarin gue juga yah.. i like this one also, new anime on cable. The two CDs that I bought of
Mika Nakasima's True and
Tetsu69's Suite November (yup, 'suite' not 'sweet') are great! I'm so happy with both CD. Mika was the usual pop ballad diva, but she has great voice. And Tetsu (mantan Larc en Ciel..ndak tau nulisnya) was very J-Rock.. i like em both. Just tell me when you're ready to you know what *_^

O'ya Minggu kemaren we celebrated Sunday of Orhtodoxy, where after Liturgy we had another small service and the bapak-bapak carried the available Icons in the church and we walked circling the church. My poor friend who moved to Surabaya because of a job forgot that the Lent has began. I feel ashamed when I said it's only been a week (of fasting) and I missed burgers already which he replied.. I've been missing going to church for 2 months! Forgive me Father...
Sunday of Orthodoxy
The historical significance of the Sunday of Orthodoxy dates to 787 A.D. when the Fathers of the Seventh Ecumenical Council of Nicaea decreed the restoration of the icons as a means for the spiritual growth and formation of the Christian ethos and character in the likeness and image of God and His Saints. In 843 A.D. when the veneration of icons was solemnly proclaimed at Saint Sophia Cathedral in Constantinople, clergy and monks came in procession and restored icons to their rightful places within the church. The Sunday of Orthodoxy is traditionally celebrated in Orthodox Churches worldwide on the first Sunday of Great Lent. Following the Divine Liturgy, the clergy lead the faithful in a service of procession with icons and a recitation of the declaration of faith.
