I'm trying to finish this translation thing as fast as i can but it seems I just can't do it fast enough... I don't mind doing it, but if they need it a.s.a.p. like in the next couple of days.. i really doubt it'll finish by then. I still have like 25-30 pages to translate. If its a translation for any other text I wouldn't be edgy but this is church stuff, and my main concern is if I translate them wrong.. I have to answer with "the man upstairs". Although I think I can be a bit relax about mistakes this time around, coz the Gabester will re-check them for me.

The difficulties that I'm facing is, the time consuming when I need to open the dictionary.. and sometime it turned out that actually those english words means the same thing in bahasa indonesia (sometimes they do that for "penekanan kata/maksud"). When you've already spent hours translating, your eyes getting watery and sleepy and tummy hungry (*_^) this little things can get on your nerve. Also sometimes I just don't understand the whole meaning of the sentence or the istilah-istilah gereja.

I admit I'm not the best or even good orthodox christian... in fact i'm just lame. I still have a lot.. i mean A LOT to learn. About the history, the service, the law, etc etc. All I have and I know for certain is my faith. I might be born into a christan family but I chose to be an Orthodox Christian. I believe I'm in the right track and I hope by the time I die.. I deserve to be called His child, that's all I ask.
