Happy Birthday Kuuga &
Merry X-mas Everyone
well, better get this updating stuff today or i won't remember to write it down... ever! *_^
After quite a sucky way to end my X-mas Eve.. no thanks to my brother's g/f and their "circle of friends"... I'm so glad I have my own people to celebrate the Xmas... even though its pretty unusual....
After SMS-ing each other to fixed our plan, Bu Gale picked me up and we both went to
Cheesecake Factory to pick up our cake. We got held up longer than we thought we would be coz quite several people already quequing to pick up their cakes too. I was kinda drooling over some guy because he ordered like 6 cakes... six yummy cakes of, i think,
Chocolate Truffles & Bluberry Cheescake.... *ileran.com*
With our cake on my lap... *dimana paha dan tangan gue sampe kedinginan, karena hujan jadi AC mobil bhutan pun kerasa banget... hehehehe untung ada itu bantal hippo ^__^ * we picked Bu Sapi and we went straight to GMP. Met up with bu Ming2 and joined by Ko Ngadiman in OhLaLa to worked out the plan how to bring the cake in. You see it was Kuuga's birthday and we wanted to surprise him... and thanks to Ko Ngadiman, we can bring the party to the store.... hehehehehe
Didn't know it was such a pain to get a pic of Kuuga and the cake... the usually "kuuga yang tidak punya urat malu" became so camera shy..!! eheks... perlu di pletakin nih orang... i think he really was surprised and kinda embarrassed by the whole thing hehehehe... serves you right for always embarrassing us girls when we went out.. hahahahahahaha ^__^
After candle blowing, a birthday song was sang, Kuuga cut the very yummy cake and gave the first cake to Ko Ngadiman and the rest of us... we get it ourselves... twice. hahahahaha VQ malah sempai ngantongin garpu nya.... [kaburrr.......] hahahaha
It was a very nice day, although it doesn't realy feel like the usual old Xmas day that I used to all those years ago... still, it was a day that I'm glad I had to remember for all time. The laughters, the friends, the silly things... and of course the "pengocoran" hahahahaha
We stayed until around 3pm at the store.. because Ade and Gale wanted to freshen up before they had to go to irene's church. In the car, on our way back... we harrassed xiao mei via telephone... hahahahaha... emang enak jadi anak kecil ditindas-tindas dan di perawanin CD CD nya... hehehehehe... *irini cuddles kunda*
Got home, I ate a very late lunch and some medicines.... and then decided to back out on going out again later that night, because tomorrow is another full day had been planned. And I should take some rest before I got really sick. Dui bu qi bu Sapi dan Bhutan... glad you had fun at the lounge... next time me and bu Jay will come ^__^
Although I still haven't got my order of David Tao's Men's Uno and his latest CD, I got my other orders of
Stanley Huang Li Shing new CD and
Energy's Universal Love.... ^__^
I love Stanley's CD... I remember him from his CD last year, but I only like 1 song at the time, the other songs just kinda weird to me... and then I found out that he was part of the famous LA Boyz [the first, i think, HipHop group in Taiwan that really got so successful at the time... and I was amazed also at the fact that David Tao's produced many of their song...] and when Machi came out, he was of course part of it too, along with the famous Vanness Wu [of F4] I love Machi.. the tie between them so strong... look at Vanness, you won't see him without his hand give out sign of "Machi" even if he is in a public events as part of F4 !!
Anyway, don't know about his other previous album, but I really like Stanley's new CD "Yin Lang". Somehow it sounds mature and honest. And nope.. no trace of Machi' sound in the CD. I love his mv 'Yin Lang' ... i was so surprised to see him breakdance like that... yes i know he was in LA Boyz.. but i never saw any of LA Boyz MVs plus, I'm not sure how old he is but I'm sure he's past his early twenties... so, to see him breakdance like Energy Niu Nai was.. mind blowing to me.. love him.
For nearly half of my life, I have entertained the public. I've tried in these last years to reach out to the individuals instead of masses, in hopes of promoting the idea of free thinking and not accepting everything that is put in front of our faces.
There is a meaning behind each of these songs for me. it could be a memory, an experience, an idea, or a dream. All of them have resulted from the people who have crossed paths with me.
Nothing would give me greater satifaction, then knowing they too felt a meaningbehind my songs, whether it's their own memory, experience, idea or dream.
Once can only hope, and for that I thank you all.
