mix weekend... mix feeling...
---> we've lost great people
Ronald Reagan: watched the state funeral of Ronal Reagan the other day, and seeing all those people who had the power to change a country.. what a sight really. And then came Nancy Reagan, a small fragile looking woman who has just lost her husband and made me remember what a tough full of love woman she is. For the last ten years she nursed and took care of her sick husband who doesn't even remember who she is! imagine how you would feel to take care of someone you really love but don't even know who you are! Today's couple should really put them as an example for their own married life.
I don't really remember the good or bad side of the political things that he did, i'm sure there's some mistakes that he did along with the amazing political thing he did as the president of america. but for me, the bottom line is,
Ronald Wilson Reagan was a very good, kindhearted human being. A person who never say a bad word about anybody. Imagine that.. I can't even go on a full week without dissing someone or my own dog! He never dissed his opponant in the election days, or his so called enemy during the cold war, instead he win them over with his heart and humour and his firm belief that his enemy turned to becaome a friend! He is that humble in front of God that he felt he couldn't pray for himself when he got shot when he was a president, so instead he prayed for the person who shot him!
I did cried now and again during the funeral ceremony.... but he was worth all the tears, and so much more. God bless him and his family.
---> a sad goodbye also to the music world, another legend has just left us. God bless you Ray Charles. Thank you for the beautiful works and talent that you've share with all of us.

---> IJ Gathering
the gathering surely gathered a lot more members each time, or was it because we're collecting our VCDs this week? ^__^ but it surealy a fun and great time to be able to spend time with people who at least you know share the same hobbies as you are, and then when all of you become friends... that's a blessed in itself. I hope more wonderful gathering will come my way.
this week we changed place to Plaza Semanggi, and of course made the same loud noises as we always do hahahaha. Well, at least we gave the waitresses who was doing nothing something to chat about ^___^ We took group pics this time courtesy of bu dianne & Gi-chan. I hope they'll put them up soon in their blogs... can't wait to see it *__^
oh yeah.. another out of towner joined us...
Tina-chan...!!! So nice to finally meet you face to face... you petite little thing you! ^___^ *hugz*
there's a crazy little thing we did at the end... we noticed a jewelry section was on sale in one of the corner of the store ["Centro" was it??] and at first we just hang around looking at things when suddenly one or two person decided to buy those alphabetical pendant, inspired by Gi-chan who already wore a "K" neclace [as in V6's Ken] and someone came up with the idea that we all should just go and buy one according to our ichiban! hahahahahaha crazy... but that exactly what we did! T for Takki, G for Go Morita, M for Masayuki Sakamoto, and S for Sho Sakurai etc etc an exception for bu dianne who bought her own initial ^__^ we all wore it there and then and took a picture as a proof! hahahaha a great moment there. We promise to wear it in the next gathering and each gathering to come ^___^
